2014-2016

Marketing Communications Coordinator

Holland & Knight LLP, Tampa, FL

Marketing Communications team lead and project manager. Worked across design and editorial groups to guide the digital and print production of ads, brochures, show sheets, and hybrid projects; generated inventive and engaging web content (derived from relevant user analytics, data, and SEM), used big data to craft stimulating infographics, impactful case studies, and internal stories; introduced innovative presentation platforms and mixed-media methodologies across the firm's matrixed Marketing Department. 

2021 - 2023

Director, Content & Creative Services

FloQast, Atlanta, GA

Managed the Fintech SaaS company's strategic content marketing and creative initiatives, including working closely with product, demand-gen, channel and field, and customer marketing teams (among others) to choreograph data-driven, multi-touch content, branding, and engagement strategies across key personas. Developed content strategies, marketing programs, and sales enablement collateral that work cohesively to drive engagement, UA, and retention across the end-to-end set of modules powered by the FloQast platform. Managed a stable of copywriters, designers, video producers, and web developers to execute matrixed marketing programs that support product initiatives, customer/community education, as well as themed and always-on demand generation campaigns. Oversaw integrated content calendar to ensure delivery of sophisticated, dynamic content aligned with top intents (by segment/persona), seasonal events, and critical industry milestones. Led creative direction for the brand, which currently includes a full rebrand and redesign of company website, asset landing pages, emails, and other collateral templates.

Editorial Resident

WUSF Public Media, Tampa, FL

Composed story summaries and feature pieces for the award-winning Health News Florida. Also produced investigative and informative radio depths on WUSF Radio, Tampa Bay's NPR station.

2018-2020

Senior Marketing Communications Manager

TrueData, Los Angeles, CA

First marketer for the company; oversaw the comprehensive rebrand of TrueData (formerly Twine), including comm plan, press push, and outreach strategy. Drove all multi-touch marketing initiatives (including SM, events, PRs, creative collateral, thought leadership articles, and social proof) for strategic business development across key verticals in the digital marketer / programmatic space, as well as in the mobile app publishing space. Crafted marketing communications vehicles for scale and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Biz Dev Teams to develop plans for product promotion. Specialized in taking raw data (from demographic, app ownership, and location data to post-campaign engagement data) and translating it into actionable, visually engaging insights for easy interpretation by brands, app publishers, and ad tech marketers.

2016-2018

Design and Content Strategy Manager

Holland & Knight LLP, Tampa, FL

Managed the Strategic Content Development Group, responsible for the development of all firm marketing collateral and under which the Marketing Communications, Graphic Design, and Web Content teams operate. Provided creative and art direction to all in-house designers, copywriters, and developers, as well as outside vendors. Employed high-level project management for all design-driven and multifaceted projects choreographed on the firm's intranet, external site, and in pitches, presentations, and conferences/events. Strategically directed collateral suites and comprehensive campaigns, working across Web Content, Events, Practice, Industry Marketers, and firm leadership. Developed and implemented content and promotion strategies that span copywriting, graphic design, HTML, videography/multimedia, SM, SEM, and email marketing.

2016

Senior Content Strategist

Holland & Knight LLP, Tampa, FL

Lead for all strategic development of the firm's print and digital collateral, spearheading the Marketing Communications, Web Content, and Graphic Design teams. Optimized collateral requests, ensuring that the latest available technology is utilized (including relevant analytics data) along with strategic messaging and a call to action for the target audience in the most appropriate medium. Shaped content from initial strategy and design/editorial development to implementation, post-launch optimization (including SMM) and employment of web analytics to create innovative content solutions. Integral role as a project lead in the firm's intranet refresh and rebuild, including UI/UX design, infrastructure architecture, firm brand cohesion and responsive design. Proven thought leader, introducing fresh trends in pioneering software, experimental techniques and next-level approaches to client-centric marketing.

2011-2014

Systems Manager | Technical Editor

Millennium Laboratories, Inc., Tampa, FL

Oversaw the comprehensive LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), including report/analysis documentation, internal and B2B communications, vendor/sub coordination and P&L financials; served as editor and technical writer for all lab publications, as well as consultant for the UI/UX redesign, implementation and launch of the Matrix Gemini System for lab management to be newly applied into the field of environmental testing.

2010-2011

Client Services Manager

Drybar, Los Angeles, CA

Provided complete coordination of press/media releases, SMM and SEM and brand implementation across all company locations; team management of 40+ agents over four time zones; and oversaw CRM and franchise communications, including SM analytics. Also designed and developed the employee training curriculum, educational materials and interactive instruction for nationwide distribution.

2020-2021

Senior Manager, Content Marketing & Creative Services

MomentFeed (now Uberall), Atlanta, GA

Led content strategy and marketing efforts from TOFU to BOFU by translating marketing + sales objectives into clear creative strategies and GTM campaigns that create meaningful digital experiences, significantly contribute to the SaaS company’s growth engine, and directly tie back to specific company objectives. Spearheaded design/development of sales enablement collateral + waterfall content for powerful product marketing, including ABM and competitor plays, as well as customer retention/upsell programs. Executed and managed omnichannel campaigns – and the content that drives them – including SEM (digital ads/search, social, website/blogs), email marketing, content syndication, in-app, and review sites. Oversaw all content planning, creative direction, company branding, and corporate messaging to align and sync with product roadmaps – from dynamic outbound marketing content to internal communications – across in-house/outsourced designers, copywriters, and developers.

Architect | Marketing Manager

Portfolio spanned from commercial and automotive projects to hospitality, residential and educational facilities. As architect and PM, employed a full range of design disciplines to produce highly effective construction documents and provide complete construction administration, including on-site collaboration with GCs, subs, and consultants. Also specialized in interior design, material/finish specification, and project presentation. As Marketing Manager, oversaw production of the firm's promotional materials, including brochures, display signage, show sheets, and pitch packages.

Examination of the behavior and leanings of young female voters during the 2012 presidential election. Written, shot, and edited to air on the national stage as part of PBS's election coverage. 

2023

Director, Content Strategy and Enablement

JLL Technologies, Atlanta, GA

Primary point of contact for all sales content initiatives (internal and external) across multiple platforms and formats. Responsible for all aspects of content leveraged by the Jones Lang LaSalle Technologies Commercial Revenue team across the full buyer journey and comprehensive sales process. This includes the strategy, design, and governance of best-in-class enablement collateral, sales training, and instructional materials, along with internal campaigns and comms for 100K employees across 80+ countries. Manage a global team of content creators, designers, videographers, and curators in the development of compelling, content-driven sales strategies across the Work Dynamics technology pillar of JLLT, partnering closely with leaders of Product Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to activate a unified and holistic content strategy that aligns with ongoing campaigns, region/territory plans, and ICPs. Analyze and report on usage metrics for continued content optimization and partner with Technology Enablement to ensure CMS and bid management platforms are streamlined for users to find and leverage relevant content with ease.
