My background as an architect, journalist, and content marketer has enabled me to delve into some of the most peculiar – and fascinating – realms of the human condition: from the spaces we occupy to the way we receive information, to the tangible (and intangible) things that influence our lives.
It fuels my drive to unlock customer behavior in creative ways and craft content that builds memorable experiences.
My 10+ years of experience in B2B extends from the development, management, and execution of omnichannel content strategies for some of the world's largest brands in hospitality, technology, law, and CRE. From content planning for comprehensive GTMs and strategizing with Product, Sales, and CS on integrated marketing programs to analyzing customer journeys, engagement tracking, and performance metrics for continual optimization, I connect the dots that drive insights to action and guide the delivery of cohesive, compelling brand experiences. Because I love this stuff.
I hold an M.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of South Florida - St. Petersburg, as well as an M.Arch in Architecture and a B.A. in Design, both from the University of Florida. Because I also love school.
