Led content development and marketing ops setup for customer newsletter.
In the Moment News is an example of a monthly newsletter exclusively created for MomentFeed customers – a new initiative that I spearheaded for the Product and Customer Success teams. Each month, this newsletter included product spotlight videos (high-level overviews of the latest platform features that went live over the previous month); a roundup of news/articles related to network partners; and resources like training, tools, videos, knowledge base articles, and more to help clients get the most out of the MomentFeed platform.
As product releases and functionality enhancements can sometimes be highly technical in nature, I worked closely with the Product team to translate the more complex topics or functions into digestible content that clients could easily understand and feel comfortable implementing right away. This also led to clients reaching out to CS on features or solutions that they were interested in exploring further, significantly driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
In addition to working across functions to identify the content to be featured each month, I lead the copywriting, design, and deployment of this Hubspot automated email, including A/B testing and metrics reporting. The initial send to +30K contacts resulted in an open rate of 37.4% and a CTR of 4.9%.
